This is a comprehensive health and lifestyle assessment where goals and challenges are identified. We will begin to establish the foundational pillars of your personalized plan so you can start seeing results right away!
What you can expect:
A comprehensive intake form will be emailed to you to complete prior to your scheduled call.
A link will be sent to prepay for the session at least 24-hours prior.
We will discuss the goals and challenges highlighted on your intake form and anything else you would like to share about your current health status and wellness journey. At least one to two goals will be set with a few actionable items to get you started.
At the end of the call, you will be invited to schedule your next session.
You will receive a follow up e-mail from me within 48-hours recapping the call including any relevant supporting materials. ie: worksheets, checklists, trackers, grocery lists, recipe ideas, nutrition guides etc. (You will not be overwhelmed with homework!)
Each full session includes one check-in e-mail (within 7 days) which is initiated by the client to ask follow up questions and share progress.

These are highly focused calls designed for the client who has completed their package sessions and wants a tune up. Ideal for problem-solving, answering specific questions, making tweaks to systems, or expanding on a particular goal. These calls are usually less than 30-minutes and will be billed based on the actual amount of time spent on the call.
